Mă trezesc, mă spăl, mă culc
Reflexive Verbs in Daily Life
The Vibe
I wake up, wash, get ready
You describe an ordinary morning: when you woke up, how quickly you got ready, when you washed, and when you went to bed the night before. In `A2_U05`, the language becomes very everyday and physical: `mă trezesc`, `mă spăl`, `mă îmbrac`, `mă culc`. This is one of the most life-based units of the level.
By the end of this unit you can

Grammar Hack
In many cases, the action loops back to the same person: `mă spăl`, `te culci`, `se îmbracă`.
Once you have `mă trezesc la șapte` and `mă culc târziu`, the topic becomes alive immediately.
The rhythm of the unit matters a lot: `mă trezesc`, `te speli`, `se pregătește`.
`a se trezi`, `a se spăla`, `a se îmbrăca`, `a se pregăti`, `a se culca`.
It is ready-made material for small talk about routine and lifestyle.
