`B2_U08` teaches `gerunziul` for actions in progress: observation, reporting, storytelling, and denser connected speech.

By the end of this unit you can

Simultaneity

`Mergea pe stradă, vorbind la telefon.` Two actions happen in parallel.

Cause

`Fiind obosit, a luat taxiul.` = because he/she was tired.

Pronouns attached

`văzându-l`, `ascultând-o`, `spunându-mi`, `gândindu-se`.

Do not overload

If meaning gets unclear, use a normal subordinate clause with `când` or `pentru că`.
